Local dishes are in the spotlight at the Auberge de Luins
We invite you to taste our famous Malakoffs and other seasonal specialties. Located in the heart of the vineyards, between Lausanne and Geneva, our inn has three dining rooms, including a bistro, as well as a terrace for the summer season.
To ensure optimal freshness of our products and to protect the environment, we choose to work with local artisans and producers, as well as with expertly selected local winemakers.
Our summer vacation
We will be closed from July 21st to August 6th inclusive. We look forward to welcoming you back on August 7th.

Our customers' feedback
Malakoffs from the Luins inn are now sold in 59 Coops in French-speaking Switzerland!

A legendary cheese ball born during the Crimean War, the Malakoff has been revived by Johan Marguerat, a young, passionate entrepreneur from French-speaking Switzerland. His ambition: to make it a staple of Swiss gastronomy, alongside fondue and raclette. You can find Malakoffs at Coop, as well as in several grocery stores in the region.
For optimal enjoyment: Remove the Malakoffs from the freezer 15 minutes before cooking. Then place them in a preheated oven at 220°C, fan-assisted, for 14 minutes. Enjoy immediately, piping hot, to reveal all their melting richness.
